A 5-week sculpture workshop for all levels! Students will learn to hand build a medium sized sculptures / figurines. Common and versatile techniques such as coiling and ribbing, supports, and crack repair will be covered. Students are encouraged to come to the workshop with an idea of what they would like to create; alternatively, the teacher will be demoing a sculpture of a dog for the duration of the workshop and students may follow along.
The first 3 classes will be focused on building the sculpture while the last 2 classes will be focused on glazing.
